Co-founder is of low morals

The co-founder sent me an email offering "$100 ????" and a gif of piles of cash raining down if I sent in pics of my new couch in my home. There was no fine print mentioning a gift card and nowhere in the email did it imply anything other than cash. Yet, I received an email back saying thanks and here's a "$100 cash gift card." There is no such thing as a "cash gift card." When I emailed back to explain and ask how to receive my cash, I never received a response, so I called the cell number shown on the email signature. A person picked up the phone and then immediately hung up. I called back and it went to voicemail, but it was full. I emailed again and explained that I expect my $100 CASH as promised, and that was 11 days ago with no response. That experience alone should tell you to steer clear of this company. I don't appreciate LIES and I don't appreciate being misled. All the co-founder had to do to avoid this negative review was to give me the cash as promised, but they chose to ghost me instead. I highly recommend you do not deal with someone of such low morals.

THIS COMPANY ARE A BUNCH OF THEIVES!!!
They have lied about when I was suppose to get my furniture about 6times! I ordered my sofa May 14,2020 and today is July23,2020 over two months and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I FINALLY received an email today after requesting a refund and they literally told me I cannot get a refund and I will get a credit. How can they expect me to order anything else when all they do is LIE. Their website says delivery in two weeks, but when I called they said 4-5weeks and I still agreed. But when the time came that it was suppose to arrive to my home they instead said it was going to their warehouse in 4-5weeks (FIRST LIE). Then when I got in touch they told me that they still don't have it, but it will be in my home in another week or less(2nd LIE). Annie the rep I was dealing with told me that she would personally handle it and made many promises. Then lied again and said they will send me a small side table for my troubles THAT NEVER ARRIVED(3rd LIE). After her promises falling through I started to try and get a refund only to be ignored and get a series of generic emails saying I'll be receiving my sofa soon, yet never giving definite info (4th LIE). Only to then get a call from a totally different company they hire to handle their customer service and they also made promises based on what VALYOU told them. Saying that it was now in my area and it would be delivered in another day after waiting 9WEEKS (5th LIE). When it doesn't come they call me and tell me another 3days(6th LIE). I told them I want a refund and they proceeded to tell me I need to call VALYOU themselves, ONLY for them to ignore all my calls!!! To this day they do not answer my phone calls. They respond today FINALLY only to tell me that their hands are tied and they will only give me a credit! How is this good business? How can they be allowed to steal peoples money??? I spoke to my lawyer and this $2,000.00 transaction that could've easily been resolved WILL COST THEM!!!! WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE THEIVES!!! THEY KEEP PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY... STAY AWAY!!!
